Our coffee is packaged in 60-kilogram jute bags lined with plastic, conforming to international standards.

We exclusively handle supply and transportation; storage services are not offered.

Given that coffee prices are subject to market fluctuations beyond our control, prices may be negotiated during final confirmation.

We offer flexible purchasing arrangements; however, knowing annual requirements in advance is preferred to ensure consistent supply of premium coffee beans.

Payment terms require a 40% advance payment, with the remaining balance due within ten days during the loading process.

We offer logistics services but are willing to collaborate with alternate shipping providers if preferred by the client.

A minimum of ten days is required for grading and processing upon receipt of advance payment, plus the subsequent shipping time.

Yes, we can accommodate smaller batches beginning at five metric tons alongside large volume orders.

Currently, we supply only green coffee beans and do not engage in roasting services.

We supply various coffee grades as requested; however, blending must be performed by the client according to their specifications.

Yes, we support branding and labeling according to client requirements.

As fourth-generation coffee growers, we have expanded our operations to supply coffee directly from farms to roasters globally, including customers in the Middle East and Europe.

  1. Farm visits and tours of our grading factory can be arranged. The optimal period for visits is from December to March, which coincides with the harvest season.

To date, we have not encountered any quality-related issues. Nevertheless, we welcome feedback and are committed to addressing concerns to foster long-term business relationships.
